your question is not complete so it becames two question first one, ↩

(3x+2)/3=2x+1

and second one, ↩

3x +2/3 = 2x + 1

so i am solving it by both the ways

first, :-

(3x+2)/3=2x+1

= 3x+2= 3(2x+1)

= 3x+2 = 6x+3

= 2= 6x-3x +3

= 2= 3x +3

= 2-3 = 3x

= -1 = 3x

= x= -1/3

second, :-

= 3x +2/3 = 2x+1

= 2/3 = 2x-3x +1

= 2/3 = -x+1

= 2= 3(-x+1)

= 2= -3x +3

= 2-3 = -3x

= -1 = -3x

= x = -1/-3

= x = 1/3

in first one the value of x is -1/3 and in second one the value of x is 1/3
