 -  \frac{3x}{2}  -  \frac{3}{7}  = 5x + 14 \\  \frac{ - 21x - 6}{14}  = 5x + 14 \\  - 21x - 6 = 14(5x + 14) \\  - 21x  - 6 = 70x + 196 \\ 70x  +  21x =  - 6 - 196 \\ 91x = -  102 \\ x =  -  \frac{102}{91}  \\
