 \frac{3x + 2}{4x + 11}  =  \frac{4}{7}

Cross multiplying, we get,

7(3x + 2) = 4(4x + 11)

21x + 14 = 16x + 44

21x - 16x = 44 - 14

5x = 30

x =  \frac{30}{5}

 x = 6

Hence,
