3x^2 - 4x - 4 = 0
3x^2 - 6x + 2x - 4 = 0
3x (x - 2) + 2 (x - 2) = 0
(3x + 2) (x - 2) = 0
x = - 2/3 or x = 2

Answer:

Zeros are 2 and -2/3

Step-by-step explanation: 3x^2-4x-4= 0

Splitting The Middle Term :

       3x^2-6x+2x-4= 0

       3x(x-2)+2(x-2)= 0

       (x-2) (3x+2)= 0

       (x-2) = 0

        X = 2

        3x+2 = 0

        x = -2/3

      Therefore, The zeros are 2 and -2/3
