= 3x² - 4x + 7

Here , a = 3 , b = -4 and c = 7.

Discriminant = b² - 4ac

                     = ( -4 )² - 4 × 3 × 7

                    = 16 - 84

                   =  -68

So, discriminant is ( -68 ).
