3x-2/5x-1=3x+1/5x+2

We move all terms to the left:

3x-2/5x-1-(3x+1/5x+2)=0

Domain of the equation: 5x!=0

x!=0/5

x!=0

x∈R

Domain of the equation: 5x+2)!=0

x∈R

We get rid of parentheses

3x-2/5x-3x-1/5x-2-1=0

We multiply all the terms by the denominator

3x*5x-3x*5x-2*5x-1*5x-2-1=0

We add all the numbers together, and all the variables

3x*5x-3x*5x-2*5x-1*5x-3=0

Wy multiply elements

15x^2-15x^2-10x-5x-3=0

We add all the numbers together, and all the variables

-15x-3=0

We move all terms containing x to the left, all other terms to the right

-15x=3

x=3/-15

x=-1/5

Answer:

 \frac{3x - 2}{5x - 1}  =  \frac{3x + 1}{5x + 2}  \\  \\ 15 {x}^{2}   - 4x - 4 = 15 {x}^{2}  + 2x  - 1 \\  \\  - 6x = 3 \\  \\ x =  - 2
