( \frac{3x}{2} - \frac{5x}{3}) = - \frac{21}{13} \\ \\ by \: taking \: lcm \\ \\ \frac{9x - 10x}{6} = - \frac{21}{13} \\ \\ \frac{ - x}{6} = \frac{ - 21}{13} \\ \\ x = \frac{ 21}{13} \times 6 \\ \\ \\x = \frac{ 126}{13}
