Solution :-

3x/2 - 5y/3 = -2

9x - 10y/3 = -2

9x - 10y = -2 * 3

9x = -6 + 10y.

x = -6 + 10y/9 ...eq( 1 )

Now,

x/2 + y/2 = 13/6

x + y/2 = 13/6

x + y = 13/6 * 2

x + y = 13/3. ...eq( 2 )

Subsitute eq( 2) in eq( 1 )

-6 + 10y/ 9 + y = 13/3

( -6) + 10y + 9y / 9 = 13/3

-6 + y = 13/3 * 9

-6 + y = 13 * 9

-6 + y = 117

y = 117 + 6

y = 123

Subsitute the value of y in eq( 2 )

x + 123 = 13/3

x = 13/3 -123

x = 13 - 369/3

x = 356/3

Hence, The value of x and y is 356/3 and 123 .
