Step-by-step explanation:

3x / 2 - 5y / 3 = 2

9x - 10y / 6 = 2

9x - 10y = 12 ......(i)

x/3 + y/2 = 13/6

2x + 3y /6 = 13/6

cross multiplication,

12x + 18y = 78

6 ( 2x + 9y) = 6* 13

2x + 9y = 13 ......(ii)

from (i) and (ii)

LCM of 10 and 9 = 90

for making 10y = 90y, multiply by 9 in (i)

for making 9y = 90y, multiply by 10 in (ii)

(9x - 10y = 12 ) * 9 ......(iii)

(2x + 9y = 13 ) * 10 ......(iv)

81x - 90y = 108. .....(iii)

20x + 90y = 130 ......(iv)

add (iii) and (iv)

101x = 238

x = 238/101

putting value of x in (ii)

476 / 101 + 9y = 13

9y = 13 - 476 / 101

9y = 837 / 101

y= 837 / 101 * 1 / 9

y= 23/101

X = 238 / 101

Y = 23 / 101
