$3 {x}^{2} + 6x + 3 = 0 \\ 3 {x}^{2} + (3x + 3x) + 3 = 0 \\ 3 {x}^{2} + 3x + 3x + 3 = 0 \\ 3x(x + 3) + 3(x + 3) = 0 \\ (3x + 3)(x + 3) = 0 \\ x = \frac{ - 3}{2} or \: x = - 3$

(x+1)(3x+3)

x=-1
