 \frac{3x}{2}  -  \frac{7}{2}  = 5x + 14 \\   =  > \frac{3x - 7}{2}  = 5x + 14 \\  =  > 3x - 7 = 2(5x + 14) \\  =  > 3x - 7 = 10x + 28 \\  =  > 10x - 3x =  - 7 - 28 \\  =  > 7x =  - 35 \\  =  > x =  \frac{ - 35}{7}  \\  =  > x =  - 5
