Cross multiplying

\sf\rightarrow\:4(3x-16)=7(x-2)

\sf\rightarrow\:12x-64=7x-14

\sf\rightarrow\:12x-7x=64-14

\sf\rightarrow\:5x=50

\sf\rightarrow\:x=\cancel{\frac{50}{5}}
