Okay this sum seems like simultaneous equation

so first find the common of any one variable such as common of x or common of y

I am going to find common of x

3x,2x

Common is 6

So 3x+2y= 1. * 2

6x+ 4y =2

( I have changed 3 to 6 by multiplying the whole equation by 2)

Same way for

2x-y=3. *3

6x-3y=9

now we will be able to find to find the value of y by subtracting the second equation from the first equation

6x+ 4y = 2

6x-3y=9

(-). (+). (-)*(-)= +

7y =-7

y= -1 (Answer)

Now put value of y in any one equation

2x-1=3

2x= 4

x= 2. (Answer)

Hope it helps
