We have two Equation 3x+2y=1 & x+y=2

How to solve:

Step 1:We will substitute the value of x from any one Equation.

Step 2: Then we will put X's value into another equation to find y.

Step3:Then put y's value into Equation where we substitute the X's value.hence we find x and y value.

=>x+y= 2

x= 2-y----(1)

=>3x+2y=1

from equation 1

=>3(2-y)+2y=1

=>6-3y+2y=1

=>6-y=1

=>-y= 1-6

=> -y= -5

=>y=5

put y's value into Equation 1

x= 2-y

x= 2-5

x= -3

Check:

3x+2y=1

=>3(-3)+2(5)

=>-9+10

=1

Hence,LHS = RHS (Verified)

Extra information=>

substitution method is a way of method of solving the Equation in which we substitute any one variable from any one Equation of two given Equation and hence put into another equation to find another variable's value.
