3x = 2y +10

X = 2y +10/3

put the value of X in equation 2nd

4(2y+10)/3-3y =19

8y +40-9y = 57

-y = 57-40

-y = 17

y = -17

put the value of y in equation 1

X = -34 +10/3

X =-24/3

X = -8

hence the value of X and y is -8 , -17 respectively
