compare eq 1 by 3 and eq 2 by 4

a1x+b1y=c1------------(3)

a2x-b2y=c2-----------(4)

a1=3, b1=2, c1=-11

a2=6, b2=-4, c2=9

Dx=|c1 b1| =|-11 2| =-11×4-2×9=-44-18=-62
