by the property of (a)^2 - (b)^2 = (a+b)(a-b)

let a = 2y + 3x

and b= 2x - 3y

(2y+3x + 2x-3y)(2y+3x - 2x+3y)

= (5x-y) (5y+x)

= 25xy + 5x^2 - 5y^2 - yx

= 5x^2 - 5y^2 + 24xy
