Answer:To get answer follow these steps

Step-by-step explanation:

(a + b)^2 = a^2 + b^2 + 2ab

(a - b)^2 = a^2 + b^2 - 2ab

Here 3x = a and 2y = b

(3x^2 + 2y^2 +12xy) - (3x^2 + 2y^2 - 12xy)

3x^2 +2y^2 +12xy - 3x^2 - 2y^2 + 12xy

3x^2 and -3x^2 gets cancelled

2y^2 and -2y^2 gets cancelled

remaining = 12xy + 12xy

= 24 xy is the required answer
