12xy+18xy-5y^2
-5y^2+30xy

HEY mate your and is here....
we can use the formula:- (a²-b²)
therefore,[(3x+2y)+(3x-3y)]×[(3x+2y)-(3x-3y]
=[3x+2y+3x-3y]×[3x+2y-3x+3y]
=[3x+3x+2y-3y]×[3x-3x+2y+3y]
=[6x-y]×[5y]
=30xy-5y²
