 \orange{yeah \: i \: can \: solve \: it}

3x + 2y = - 3..........(1)
5x - y = - 18.......(2)

multiply \: 2 \: by \: 2

3x + 2y = -3
10x -2y =- 36
_________

13x = -39

x = -39/13

 \boxed{x = - 3}

 \underline{from \: 2 } \\ 5 \times - 3 - y = - 18 \\ - 15 - y = - 18 \\ - y = - 18 + 15 \\ - y = - 3 \\ y = 3

 \boxed{ \bold{y = - 3}}
