[3x-2y=5].....(i)

[2x+y=7].......(ii)

Multiplying eqn. (ii) by 2 and then adding it with eq. (i)

[4x+2y=14]

+[3x-2y= 5]

=> 7x=19

x= 19/7

Now substituting this value of x in eqn.(ii)

2(19/7)+y=7

y= 7-38/7

y= 11/7
