Hey there !!
____________________________________

3x + 2y = 700 ...(1)
5x + 3y = 1100 ...(2)

From (1)
3x = 700 – 2y
x = ( 700 – 2y ) / 3

Substituting x's value in (2)
5 × ( 700 – 2y ) / 3 + 3y = 1100
3500 – 10y + 9y = 3300
10y – 9y = 3500 – 3300
y = 200

Putting y = 200 in (1)
3x + 2 ( 200 ) = 700
3x + 400 = 700
3x = 700 – 400
3x = 300
x = 300 / 3
x = 100

Thus, values of x and y are 100 and 200 respectively.
