3x+2y = 8 .... (i)

2x - 3y = 1 .....(ii)

Multiply equation (i) by 2 and equation (ii) by 3 to make the coefficients of x equal. Then we get the equations:

6x+4y=16 ....(iii)

6x-9y=3 .....(iv)

Subtract equation (iv) from equation (iii), we get

13y=13

y=1

Substituting this value of y in equation (i), we get

3x+2(1)=8

3x+2=8

3x=8-2

3x=6

x=2

By elimination method

3x+2y=8......(1)

2x-3y=1......(2)

Multiple eqn (1) with 2

2(3x+2y=8)

6x+4y=16.....(3)

Multiple eqn(2)with 3

3(2x-3y=1)

6x-9y=3.....(4)

eqn(3)-(4)

6x+4y=16

6x-9y=3

(-) (+) (-)

-----------

13y=13

Y=13/13

Y=1

Sub y=1 in eqn(1)

3x+2y=8

3x+2(1)=8

3x+2=8

3x=8-2

3x=6

x=6/3

x=2

I hope it's help you
