Solution

 {(3 {x}^{4} )}^{3}  =  {3}^{27}

 {3}^{3}  \times  {x}^{12}  =  {3}^{27}

 {x}^{12}  =  {3}^{27} \times  {3}^{ - 3}  \\  {x}^{12}  =  {3}^{24}  \\ x =  {3}^{2}

x = 9

(3x^4)^3 = 3^27
(3^3)[(x)^4]^3 = 3^27
(3^3)(x^12) = 3^27
x^12 = (3^27)/( 3^3)
x^12 = 3^(27-3)
x^12 = 3^24
x^12 =(3^2)^12
Comparing both sides we get
x = 3^2
x = 9
