3x + 4 = 4 /3x + 9

3x - 4 / 3x = 9 - 4

9x^2 - 4 = 3x × 5

9x^2 - 15x - 4 = 0

use , formula of quadratic equation,

x =( - b +- √ b^2 - 4ac ) / 2a

here a = 9, b = -15 , c = - 4

x = - ( - 15 ) +- √ ( 225 + 144 ) / 18

x =( 15 +- √ 369 ) / 18

x = (15 +- 3 √41 )/ 18

x = ( 15 + 3√41 ) / 18 ,

15 - 3√41/ 18

x = 5/ 6 + √41/ 6 , 5 / 6 - √41 / 6

x = 1 /6 ( 5 + √41 ) , 1 /6 ( 5- √41 )

TheLostMonk: this answer is self verified , according ot question ,this answer is valid. otherwise if there were were bracket with 3x +9 , or if it was like this 4 /( 3x + 9 ) then answer would be different.
