Answer:

There is a formula :

Dividend = (Divisor multiplied by quotient) + Remainder

let divisor or g(x) be 'a'

According to this formula, we get: 3x3 + 4x2 + 5x - 13 = [a * (3x + 10)] + (16x - 43)

3x3 + 4x2 + 5x - 13 - 16x + 43 = a * (3x + 10)

3x3 + 4x2 - 11x + 30 = a * (3x + 10)

3x3 + 4x2 - 11x + 30 / (3x + 10) = a

a = x2 - 2x + 3

Therefore we get g(x) = a = x2 - 2x + 3
