$\frac{ {4}^{2} }{ {5}^{2} } = \frac{3x + 4}{4x + 9} \\ \\ => \frac{16}{25} = \frac{3x + 4}{4x + 9}$


=> 16( 4x + 9 ) = 25( 3x + 4 )

=> 64x + 144 = 75x + 100

=> 44 = 11x

=> 4 = x
