Answer:

3x-4y-15 = 0 …(1)

x+y+2 = 0 …(2)

3x+3y+6 = 0 …(2a)

Subtract (1) from (2a) to get

3y+4y+6+15=0, or

7y+21 = 0, or

y+3 = 0, or

y = -3.

From (2), x-3+2=0, or x-1 = 0, or x = 1.

Hence x=1, y = -3
