=3x+4y+16=0

=4y=-3x-16       .........................(i)

=2x+4y+7=0

=2x+(-3x-16)+7=0.............(BY EQ (i)  )

=2x-3x-16+7=0

=x=-9 .............................(ii)

PUTTING THE VALUE OF x IN EQ(i)

4y=-3x-16

=4y=-3*-9-16

=4y=27-16

=y=11/4

x=9,y=11/4
