Given : (3x + 4y) ( 5x - 7y)

To Find  : Product

Solution:

(3x + 4y) ( 5x - 7y)

Apply distributive property

= 3x ( 5x - 7y) + 4y ( 5x - 7y)

=> 3x ( 5x)  - 3x ( 7y)  + 4y(5x)  - 4y (7y)

= 15x²  - 21xy + 20xy   - 28y²

=  15x²  -  xy    - 28y²

(3x + 4y) ( 5x - 7y) = 15x²  -  xy    - 28y²
