Step-by-step explanation:

3x +4y +6 = 0 -------------(1)

6x +5y -9 =0 --------------(2)

mutiplying eq(1)with 2 so that x terms gets cancelled when we subtract

now equation (1) becomes ,

6x +8y +12 = 0

6x + 5y - 9 = 0

(-) (-) (+)

3y = -21

y = -7

from equation (2) ,

6x + 5(-7) -9 = 0

6x = 44

x = 44/6
