Step-by-step explanation:

On eliminating eq we get

7x + 5y = 40 \\  = y =  \frac{40 - 7x}{5}

Putting eq we get

3x + 4( \frac{40 - 7x}{5} ) + 6z = 16 \\  =  \frac{15x + 160 - 28x + 30z}{5}  = 16 \\  =  30z - 13x = 80 - 160 \\  = 30z - 13x =  - 80

4x +  \frac{40 - 7x}{5}  - 6( \frac{13x - 80}{30} ) = 24 \\  = x = 0

Taking value of z

z =  \frac{ - 80 + 13x}{30}

Putting value of x and z in eq

y= 8 ,x= 0 ,z= -8/3
