3x+4y=8 what is the solution of this equation?

3x+4y=8 
let x=0 then y = 2 
y=0 then x = 8/3
4y=8-3x
4y=-3x+8
dividing both side by 4 
y=-3/4x+2
y=mx+C

y intercept is 2  and slop -3/4 
y=-3/4(8)+2
y=-6+2
y=+4

now plot ur desired graph

put x=2 then y=8
now put x=0 then y= 2
now u plot ur graph
