Here is your answer

3x -  \frac{5}{3}  = x - 3 \\ multiply \: by \: 3 \\ 9x - 5 = 3x - 9 \\ 9x - 3x =  - 9 + 5 \\ 6x =  - 4 \\ x =  -  \frac{4}{6}  \\ x =  -  \frac{2}{3}

3x-5/3= x-3

LCM = (9x-5/3)

9x-5= 3x-9

9x-3x = -9+5

6x = -4

x = -4/6

x = -2/3

x = 0.6667
