(3x-5) multiplied by (2x+3) =7 divided by 6

(3x-5) (2x+3) = 7/6
=>
6 {x}^{2}  + 9x - 10x - 15 = 7 \div 6 \\ 6 {x}^{2}    - x - 15 = 7 \div 6 \\ multiply \: both \: side \: by \: 6 \\ 36 {x}^{2}  - 6x - 90 = 7 \\ 36 {x}^{2}  - 6x - 90  + 7 = 0 \\ 36 {x}^{2}  - 6x - 83 = 0
