3x/5=(x^2+8)/10

⇒x²-6x+8=0

⇒x²-4x-2x+4*2=0

⇒(x-4)(x-2)=0

⇒x=2 or 4 is solution to given equation

rohitkush432pe9zjw: but how -6x comes
viswabhargav: here 5*2 =10 so denominators get canceled resulting in 3*2x on cross multiplication
rohitkush432pe9zjw: thanks
