by using cross multiplication method

-5 -1 3 -5

-1 -3 2 -1

then

x / (-5×-3)-(-1×-1) = y/ (-1×2)-(3×-3) = 1/ (3×-1)-(-5×2)

x/(15-1) = y/ (-2+9) =1/(-3+10)

x/14 = y/7 = 1/7

now

x/14 = 1/7 y/7=1/7

x= 2 y=1
