Answer:

3x-5y=-1 = 1 equation  

2x-y=3 = 2 equation

Multiply 1 equation from (1) and 2 equation from (5)

So  

3x-5y=-1

10x-5y=15

subtract it  

3x-5y=-1

10x-5y=15
