From second equation, we have
y=x+1
put this value in first equation,
we have,
3x-5(x+1)=-1
3x-5x-5=-1
-2x-5=-1
-2x=-1+5
-2x=4
x=-2
y=x+1
put this value in first equation,
we have,
3x-5(x+1)=-1
3x-5x-5=-1
-2x-5=-1
-2x=-1+5
-2x=4
x=-2
