Hiii friend,

3X - 5Y = 136-----------(1)

5Y + 10X = 578---------(2)

From equation (1) we get,

3X - 5Y = 136

3X = 136+5Y

X = (136+5Y/3)------------(3)

Putting the value of X in equation (2)

10X + 5Y = 578

10 × (136+5Y/3) + 5Y = 578

1360 + 50Y/3 + 5Y = 578

1360 + 50Y + 15Y/3 = 578

1360 + 50Y + 15Y = 578×3

65Y + 1360 = 1734

65Y = 1734-1360

65Y = 374

Y = 374/65

Putting the value of Y in equation (3)

X = 136 + 5Y/3 = 136 + 5 × 374/65
**********************_____________
***************************. 5

X = 136+373/13
*****_________ = 1768 + 374/13 / 5
********5

X = 2142/13/5 = 2142/13 × 1/5 = 2142/65

HOPE IT WILL HELP YOU..... :-)
