3x - 5y – 19=0

3x-5y=19 -----(1)

-7x+3y=-1-----(2)

Multiply (1) by 3

9x-15y=57

Multiply (2) by 5

-35+15y=-5

Add

9x-15y=57

-35x+15y=-5

=-26x=52

X=-2

-7x+3y=-1

-7(-2)+3y=-1

14+3y=-1

3y=-1-14

3y=-15

y=5
