x=(19+3y)/3 ------i

-7x-3y=-1

-(19+3y)/3 -3y =-1

-19/3 -3y/3 -3y =-1

-y-3y= -1+19/3

-4y=-3+19 / 3

-4y =16/3

y = - 16 / 3*4

y =- 4 /3

putting the value of y

x=(19+3y)/3

= (19+3*(-4/3)) / 3

=19-4 / 3

= 15/3

=5
