3x-5y=37 and 5x-3y=27 then find the value of x-y

solve it by short division method

By elimination meathode

(3x-5y=37 )×5 and (5x-3y=27)×3

we get

15x-25y=185-------(1)

15x-9y=81-------(2)

from above we get

-16y=104

y=104/-16.
