3x = -5y + 7
3x/-5 = y + 7
-3x/5 - 7 = y
y = -3x/5 - 7 ( equation 1. )

2y = 5 + x
from equation 1.
2(-3x/5 + 7 ) = 5 + x
- 6x/5 + 14 = 5 + x
14 - 5 = x - 5x/6
9 = (6x-5x)/6
9 = x/6
9.6 =  x
54  = x (put in equation 1 )

y = -3x/5 + 7
y = -3(54) / 5 + 7
y = -162/5 + 7
