(i)3x +5y = 75................(1)

x = 75-5y/3...................(2)

By substitution method,

Put (2) in (1)

3 (75-5y )/3+5y= 75

75-5y+5y=75

75=75

So, it has infinitely many solutions.

(ii)5x+3y=77.............(1)

x= 77-3y /5...........(2)

Put (2) in (1)

5 (77-3y)/5+3y = 77

77-3y +3y =77

77=77

Also , this solution has infinitely many solutions.

Note that if an equation has infinitely many solution then while solving them with substitution method you will get the same constant without variables in both LHS and RHS
