3x - 7y = - 10 is first equation

y - 2x = 3 is second equation

multiplying is 7 in second equation

7y - 14x = 21 is third equation

adding in equation first and third equation

3x - 7y = - 10 + 7y - 14x = 21

- 11x = - 11

x = 11÷11

x = 1

put the value of x in equation first

3 × 1 - 7y = - 10

7y = 13

y = 14 ÷ 7
