3x-7y=-10......(1)

-2x+y=3........(2)

eq (2) can be written as 2x-y=-3

multiply eq(1) with 2

multiply Eq(2) with 3

then subtract eq( 1) and eq(2) after multication resultant value

then we get -11y=-11

y=-11/-11

y=1

substitute y value in eq(1)

then

3x-7*1=-10

3x-7=-10

3x=-10+7

3x=-3

x=-1
