6x-5y=4

x=2/3 - 7y/3

6x-5y=4

6(2/3-7y/3)-5y=4

4-19y=4

19y = 0

so y = 0

so 3(2/3-7y/3)=2

so 2-7y=2

again 7y=0

so value of x is 1 and y is 0
