 \frac{9x - 6x - 15}{12}  =  \frac{5}{2}

 \frac{3x - 15}{12}  =  \frac{5}{2}

2(3x - 15) = 12 \times 5

6x - 30 = 60

6x = 60 + 30 \\ 6x = 90 \\ x =  \frac{90}{6}

x = 15
