x = coseca/31/x = cota/3
(x²-1/x²) = (x+1/x)(x-1/x)
= 3(coseca/3 + cota/3)(coseca/3 - cota/3)= 1/3 (coseca+ cota)(coseca - cota)= 1/3 (cosec²a - cot²a)= 1/3 (cot²a +1 - cot²a)= 1/3 (1)= 1/3I hope you understand the approach.All the best!
